Offensively: LHH - Balanced, shoulder-width start as the hands showed high at the head to begin; utilized a leg-lift stride in order to initiate through a flat, whippy path into the hitting zone. Could get slightly handsy at times in the upper half, producing a 36% line drive rate to the pull-side of the field and added a T86 mph bat-exit velocity (via Trackman) with some leverage at times to the front of the plate. Singles power at the moment working up to a 259 foot batted ball distance while hitting into an adjustable lead leg during his BP round.
Defensively: The primary first baseman moved around at a moderate posture, approaching just outside the shoulders with the feet. Bent at the waist, fielding softly off his right side and funneling inward; got the shoulders, hips in line and released from a lower ¾ slot accurately to the target (68 mph arm).
