Physical: 5-foot-11, 160 pounds; Athletic, slender build. 7.17 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a short swing path with a late one hand finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 90 MPH via Trackman. Does a great job getting on plane early resulting in lots of line drives.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while being aggressive. Hands work through the ball with a clean transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot.  OF - 84 MPH. Does a great job keeping his body under control while attacking the ball. Showed a quick and clean arm motion.

Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing no restrictions; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 77 MPH, while sitting 73-76 MPH; commands both sides. SL: 66-68 MPH; short action. CH: 71-73 MPH; fading action. Showed a three pitch mix with command of all three pitches.

Physical: 5-foot-11, 160 pounds; Lean, athletic build. 7.22 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Loads straight back with a slight leg-kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish.  More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; static during pre-pitch while being aggressive. Hands are off to the side with a seamless transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot.  OF - 83 MPH.

Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Belt high leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a long stride while landing slightly closed. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 77 MPH, while sitting 76-77 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 65-67 MPH; sharp, slurve  like action. CH: 72-74 MPH; fading action. 

2/19/20

Physical: 5-foot-8, 135-pounds. Compact, wiry frame will grow and fill out; 4.85 home-to-1B.
Offensively: RHH. Tall, upright, slightly open stance with slightly bent knees, hands start high right behind ears, uses a bat waggle and a medium stride for timing Gets the head of the bat out in front early generating a pull-side tendency, has a knack for finding the barrel. Hard, consistent contact to pull-side. 75 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Starts upright and gets low on approach, fields the ball on his back foot before using a small crow hop to release. Medium arm swing with a 3/4 slot; OF - 76 MPH.
Pitching: Work up tempo, high leg lift with a long stride landing slightly closed into a repeatable, balanced follow through. Long, loose arm swing to a 3/4 release.
FB: T72, 70-72 MPH. Locates around the zone with arm side tail.
CB: 58-61 MPH. Locates in the zone with big 11-5 break.
