NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)
Sturdy 5-foot-10, 195-pound infielder. Offensively - quick to the ball with an effective load, keeps bat on level path through the strike zone with full extension and an exit velocity of 75 MPH; some evidence of counter rotation between upper and lower half, further lower body engagement will add to power. Defensively - basic footwork, sure hands, smooth transfer, accurate arm at 68 MPH.
Diamond Pro Workout (January 14, 2017)

Parmeter stands at a compact 5-foot-10, 210 pounds. Was clocked at 4.60 seconds from home to first base. Offensively- Begins with feet at shoulder width in an open stance. Hands at head height with a high back elbow and some bat wiggle. Long stride that lands back at even. Weight drives forward throughout swing. Barrel is direct to ball and has a high finish immediately after contact, limiting extension through ball. Exit velocity of 82 MPH, up 4 MPH from previous high in September 2016. Some power potential. Defensively- Moves to ball smoothly. Sets up with wide base and catches ball in front of body. Uses a foot shuffle to gain ground towards target. Short arm action from a low slot helps him get rid of ball quickly. Positional velocity of 71 MPH, up from previous high of 69 MPH. Pitching- Begins with feet a little closer than shoulder width and slightly to third base side of rubber. Large step to the left as right foot pivots onto rubber. Front knee comes to waist height at balance point. Stride leg swings open and lands directly in line with home plate. Drives forward hard off of back side. Short arm action on back side that comes through at a traditional ¾ arm slot. Fastball registered at 78-80 MPH, but has previously been up to 83 MPH. Also showed a curveball at 65-66 MPH and changeup with good arm speed at 70-72 MPH.
NY All-Star Games (September 17, 2016)
Full bodied 2B/RHP at 5-foot-10 185 pounds who ran a 7.87 60. Offensively- Slightly open set up with hands just off back shoulder. Extended load back with an aggressive stride forward; easy effort into the zone with mostly pulls side results (varied between line drive, flyball and groundballs). Exit velocity was 78 MPH. Defensively- 2B/3B projection; moves well to his glove side; short arm action from a low 3/4 slot. Arm strength (69 MPH) needs to carry over from the mound to the field as a position player to possibly allow for some 3B play. Consistent glove with adequate transfer and release. Pitching- On the mound, works from the glove side of the rubber. Tucks front shoulder from a high set position at his balance point. Arm action is short from a standard 3/4 arm slot. Works FB to both sides of the plate and can run his FB with some sink at 77-78 MPH. Showed a feel for his CB at 68-69 MPH with some early action and 12-6 shape. Projects slightly higher on the mound at this point but could fill a dual role at the next level.
NY Games (June 27-29, 2016)
Parmeter has a stocky 5-foot-10, 180-pound build.  He sets up on the middle of the rubber with a slight drop step to the side of the mound. Tucks elbow below and inside of leg kick to hide ball. ¾ arm slot with good life to the FB as he sat 78-80 MPH, touching  82 MPH (Up to 83 Feb. 2016) .  CB was 66-67 MPH with late bite and good depth.
Preseason All-State (February 28, 2016)
Our second time seeing the 2018 graduate from the greater Rochester area since December. Parmeter stands a thick 5-foot-9, 180-pounds with a strong lower half. Pitching - starts with a balanced delivery, belt high-knee lift with his hands high. Drives towards home with excellent alignment, uses a shorter quick arm-action, releasing the ball in a fully extended power 3/4 slot. Fastball ranged 79-81, topping out at 83 mph with some late action. Curveball shows more slider feel from the shorter arm-action with some 10/4 sweep at 69-70. Change-up was 70-71 with gradual arm-side fade. Parmeter has a chance to be pretty good on the mound if he keeps working on his arm-strength and spins. Fun young arm to keep-an-eye on.
WNY Pro Holiday Clinic (December 19, 2015)
Stands 5’9 180 pounds.  Offensively- At the plate he sets up shoulder width and uses a small toe tap and loose hands on load.  He has a slight incline in his bat path with a tall finish. Exit velocity was 72 MPH. Defensively- In the field he attacks the ball and fields it to the center of his body and uses a quick transfer releasing from about ¾ slot.  The 2018’s arm looks to  have some life in it that may translate well to the mound also. Pitching- He uses a small side step and high leg kick before dropping the backside and driving down hill.  He's got a loose over the top arm action that works quickly.  Infield style arm on the mound.  He works back to his glove each time and finishes in line over a firm front leg.
