5-foot-11 and 185-pound prospect. The Evansville commit has a skill set that could garner two-way attention. On the bump the right-hander has a strong lower half and is explosive off the mound. Shows balance and rhythm in a delivery that requires some effort. Arm action is short working out of a ¾ slot. Fritz impressed with his ability to command a four-pitch arsenal. At 86-88 MPH the fastball has late life to it. Showed good feel for the changeup, the pitch has late fade at 78-80 MPH. Fritz also offered two breaking balls. A 11/5 curveball that has some depth at 71-74 MPH and a 74-75 MPH slider that works on a 10/4 plane with sweeping action. After his performance on the mound it should come as no surprise that he showed a big arm from the outfield. A corner type that has feel for the position. At the plate the righty showed a compact, level swing. Strength plays a bit louder than bat speed at this stage. A line drive guy who has enough juice to find the gaps.

A legitimate two-way prospect that stole the show at the event. To go along with being the top performer on the mound Fritz recorded the top 60-yard dash (6.82), exit velocity (90 mph) and position velocity (84 mph) of the showcase. On the bump he offers an impressive three-pitch mix, highlighted by his fastball that touched 88 mph. Maintains arm speed on both secondary offerings, creating late life through the zone. Curveball has a swing and miss look to it and changeup is far more than playable. At the plate he has a run producer look to him, flashing above average natural tools and twitch through the zone. Does a very nice job staying inside the baseball, allowing him to generate regular backspin and carry. Defensively, his skill set plays in the corner outfield where he projects to be an above average defender. One of the top Unsigned Seniors left on the board in the state.

5-foot-11, 175-pound athletic frame. Fritz is a two-way prospect out of Lebanon HS. On the mound his arm showed looseness with above average arm speed. Fastball was 81-84 mph but we have seen him up to 86 mph last summer. Spins a very sharp, 12/6 curveball with depth. The pitch has some swing and miss to it.

A two- way prospect with a 5-foot-11, 175-pound athletic frame. An upper half dominate hitter that uses a no stride approach. This approach works for him as even though he doesn’t create tons of energy with his lower half he is able to clear his hips and let his hands go to work. Takes an excellent path to the ball with above average batspeed through the zone. Showed impressive pop to his pull side. Registered an exit velocity 88 mph and ran a 7.12 60-yard dash. Above average tools across the board in the outfield with his arm being his best tool. Throws showed carry at 84 mph to home plate. Had an impressive outing on the mound. Brings well above average athleticism to the position. Using short, clean arm action his fastball sat between 83-86 mph. His best offspeed pitch was his power breaking ball that has very sharp break late in the zone at 74-75 mph. Hitters did little to nothing against the pitch. Also showed the ability to maintain fastball armspeed on his 76-77 mph changeup. Time will tell whether he will be able to do both at the next level but as of now it looks like a definite possibility.

5-foot-11, 185-pound athletic build. Good 2018 pitching prospect that showcased a good feel for getting outs in the game portion of the event. Shows some rhythm in his delivery that requires some effort. Throws with a short back arm action into a high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 79-84 mph. Curveball showed sharp break on an 11/5 plane at 73-76 mph. Changeup sat 75-76 mph. Also impressive as a position player. Has very good strength and batspeed at the plate with a level bat path that lets him use the whole field. He uses a no stride approach but is still able to get efficient use out of his lower half. Consistently found the barrel in batting practice and registered an exit velocity of 84 mph. At third base he is very athletic with the ability to make plays to both sides as well as come in on slow rollers. Threw across the infield with 82 mph arm strength. Definite two-way possibility at the next level.

Is a strong, athletic prospect at 5-foot-11, 185 pounds. In the outfield he used good footwork and had confidence in his glove. He was able to maintain momentum through fielding position into his throws reaching 84 mph to home plate. Ran a 4.5 from home to first. Would like to see him play lower in the infield but he did a good job of attacking the right hop and playing through the ball. Threw with 83 mph arm strength across the diamond. At the plate he has a true no stride approach and takes hands back at release for timing. Consistently found the barrel in batting practice and showed of his strength and bat speed by registering an exit velocity of 89 mph.
6/2/15 - 5-foot-10, 175-pound athletic build. From the outfield he shows good footwork approaching the baseball but needs quicken his release. Shows impressive carry for his age on his throw from a high-3/4 slot with 81 mph arm strength. Right-handed hitter that starts even with no stride to keep balanced. Uses a little load with a good flat path that stays in the zone. Registered top exit velocity of 80 mph and ran 4.75 down the line. Has advanced skill for his age and should be an interesting follow.
