Bat speed was quick, displayed a simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Behind the plate, he made throws to second at velocities up to 74 mph; shows consistent feet, firm hands, and a clean transfer. had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.97-2.04 pop time. Calm setup with some flexibility. Had a high slot and a quick arm action.
