6/18/19

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 185-pound very physical frame.
Swing Mechanics: Leg kick timing trigger as barrel travels to a vertical launch.
Hit: Explosive swing with obvious natural tools. Took the top BP we saw in the two days. tool itself easily carries to the next level.
Power: 100.3 off the bat in BP. Drove the ball with authority to all fields, showing the ability to leave the park. Hit
Offensive Projection: Run Producer.
Run: 4.11 H-1st.
Field: In the outfield he plays under control too and through. Hands work well. Athletic enough to grow into a capable defender in the corners. Also worked out behind the dish where he showed some athleticism and big arm.
Throw: Arm plays at both positions.
Defensive Projection: Corner/C.
Additional Comments: Needs to continue developing as a defender but the bat is for real. Scholarship level hit tool.

6/22/17

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a leg lift for timing and energy. Barrel stays fluid prior to launch. Path is level with obvious natural tools through the zone. Produces easy backspin to both sides of the field. Shoots his legs to get through quick, allowing hands more room to work and get to the baseball. Ball jumps off of bat, swing converted to live pitching as well. Shows all the signs of a middle of the lineup guy at the next level.  Behind the plate he has an ideal frame for the position. Uses clean, athletic footwork. Exchange skills are above average for his age. Arm strength is there, arm accuracy is developing. Smooth transfers.

A well built prospect at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds. Ran 7.45 60-yard dash. Has advanced physical tools across the board at the plate. A very strong kid with a lot of batspeed in there.
