5/4/18
A good athlete that can be utilized in a variety of roles defensively. Jodrey saw innings on the bump, in the outfield, and in the infield. On the bump, Jodrey worked ahead with his consistency on his FB. Actions are fluid and show signs of more velocity to come naturally. Athleticism really shows in the box. Uses a series of athletic, well timed movements to create energy and sync body up prior to launch. Swings is level with noticeable twitch to hands. Bat gets through contact with ease. More of a line drive threat presently.

5-foot-7, 135 pound two-way prospect throws right handed off the mound out of a ¾ arm slot. Arm action was longer at times but mechanics were nice overall. Gets legs extended downhill well creating some drive. Fastball was 69-72 mph. Curveball sat 61-62 with developing command and feel for it. Offensively he swings from the right side with a level bat path getting into a nice loaded position. Generates positive energy well throughout his swing up to contact. Hands are developing in staying connected longer. Showed some nice pop in the swing too. Recorded a 76 mph exit velocity. In the infield he does a very nice job with his feet to create efficient angles prior to fielding. Hands are soft and glove plays an above average tool for class. Solid defender.
