Began in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Has quick bat speed, short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. While in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 81 mph. Behind the plate, throw downs to second were maxed at 78 mph; has soft hands, a clean transfer, and consistent feet. displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.91-1.97 pop time. Calm setup with some flexibility. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed quick arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2091; Avg 2021). Threw a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 2316; Avg 2240). (20.8 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced stance with a compact load, then used a controlled quick stride. Bat speed is quick, exhibits a simple flat swing plane and high finish. Behind the plate, he made throws to second at velocities up to 74 mph; had sure hands, consistent footwork, and a clean transfer. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.98-2.13. Calm setup with some flexibility. Showed a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Clocked a time of 7.02 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, showed some arm speed, he had a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort.
