Caleb Metz: RHP/OF, (2026) Marion Harding, OH. 6-foot, 175-pound. (63.7 mph bat speed average). (17.9 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced wide stance with a compact load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is quick efficient, exhibits a short upward swing plane and high finish. During his round he produced some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Line drive base hit approach. Solid capable in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 77 mph; had a clean fluid exchange, soft sure hands, and consistent in control footwork. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Capable on the mound, showed a long arm action and an over-the-top arm angle with consistent developing arm speed Slow-tempo tilt-and-topple type pitcher who shows some effort. Has a low balance point with even in line shoulders. Lands square with balanced clean finish. Had plus tailing action and both sides of the plate command with tight movement.
