Jackson Bauer: OF/RHP, (2023) Eastwood, OH. 5-foot-11, 167-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 89 mph. (72.07 mph bat speed average). (22.83 mph hand speed average). Starts in a tall stance with a tight load, then uses a toe tap stride. Bat speed was quick, showed a simple upward swing plane and low finish. Solid in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 83 mph; has consistent feet, a clean exchange, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot with a long arm action. Recorded a 60 time of 7.16 at the event. On the mound, showed some arm speed and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort.
