5-foot-6, 140-pound small, athletic prospect. One of the top athletes in his class. From the outfield, he shows the ability to play all three position. Likely best suited as a center fielder. Uses short arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Shows carry to his throws with accuracy. Reached a top velocity of 84 mph. Overall fluid footwork and good feel for the position. In the infield, he is likely suited as a second baseman at the next level. Uses quick feet and a quick transfer. Reached a top velocity of 75 mph on his throws. His feet will create opportunities for him offensively. From the right side, he starts from a slightly open stance. Uses a short stride. Wraps a bit in his load, which creates some length. Takes slight uphill path to the ball. Ran an impressive 3.92 out of the box.
2/10/13
The 5-foot-6, 140-pound athlete shows the ability to play the outfield and second base. He is a quick twitch player who reached a top velocity of 84 mph from the outfield. In the infield, he shows quick feet and a quick transfer. At the plate, his swing tends to bar his front arm, which creates some length. He still shows good potential with quick hands and good use of his lower half. Draws comparison’s to Jamel Scott, a former Dublin Scioto graduate and Cincinnati Bearcat.
8/1/12
5-foot-5, 130-pound athletic prospect. Undersized at this time, but displays exceptional athleticism and versatility. Definite follow in Class of 2015. Registered a 6.8 60-yard dash. From the outfield, he shows carry on his throws with quick arm action and a top velocity of 81 mph. Needs to continue to quicken transfer. In the infield, he shows soft hands, but needs to improve transfer and accuracy on throws. Reached top velocity of 75 mph. Likely suited for second base in the infield. At the plate, he shows balance in his swing. Uses a short stride with quick hands into the zone. Overall, displays fluid rhythm with line drive production. Will only get better as he physically matures.
