On the mound the right-hander shows a slower paced tempo to his lower effort delivery. Arm action is compact through a high-¾ slot, showing developing arm speed. Fastball has some arm side and downward action at 63-65 mph. Breaking ball has an 11/5 shape with big, gradual break 52-54 mph. Tends to drop arm slot on the offering. Changeup comes out of same slot as fastball with some dive to it at 50-52 mph. A right-handed hitter that starts with most of his weight on back leg. Barrel flows through load into swing decision through a bat tip movement. Lower half is simple and repeatable. Path is uphill showing more strength than speed to his hands at this stage. Would be aided by getting weight of back side to create a more level path. Swing plays best to opposite field gap at this stage. A third baseman that moves light on his feet, reacting well off the bat. Attacks the baseball inside funnel cutting down distance prior to fielding. Hands are soft and ball skills are on par for class. Tossed it across the diamond with accuracy.
