Begins in a tall wide stance with a rhythmic load, then uses a small controlled stride. Has a level swing plane, explosive bat speed and balanced finish. Barreled up lots of balls throughout the round. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 86 mph. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.49. Projectable above average on the mound, showing lightning arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle and a short quick arm action. Stretch only type pitcher who uses easy effort. Has in line shoulder with an strong tall balance point. Lands square with balanced recoil finish. (Max spin 2009; Avg 1970).
