6/5/18 Holloway is a guy who won’t wow you in BP but flat out produces in game. A righty swinger with a nice path and strength that stands out at contact. Very solid feel for the barrel with gap abilities. Hit tool is his top tool but also was pleasantly surprised with his 60-yard dash at 6.71. An average defender with a skill set that plays at either 2nd or 3rd at the next level. Not a flashy guy with the glove but reliable. 60-yard dash: 6.71 Infield Velocity: 77 Exit Velocity: 82

5-foot-10, 180 pound right-handed hitter show a good, level swing that made excellent contact throughout his round. Holloway does a good job of involving his lower half in a strong swing with an exit velocity of 87 mph. That can improve if he creates some tension with better separation. He showed off his running ability as he finished with the third best home to first time at 3.94 seconds. At shortstop, he displayed one of the best arms with a velocity of 87 mph across the diamond as well as strong accuracy. A very athletic build, he could move with ease as his footwork was great. Holloway’s glove looked good, but he lets it come to him rather than getting extended and attacking the ball. There are plenty of tools available for college programs with this unsigned 2019 prospect.

Ran a 6.9 60-yard dash. A right-handed hitter that starts in a wider, open setup. Flows through his efficient loading sequence prior to taking a level path to the baseball. Finds plane well and showed feel for the barrel. Generates gap pop to both fields with regular backspin. A solid bat who has a run producer look to him. Registered a top exit velocity of 83 mph. In the infield he plays with a slower pace, remaining under control prior to fielding. Fields the ball nicely, out in front of his body and transitions quickly/fluidly into his throws. Threw across the infield with 75 mph arm strength. Profiles as an offensive second baseman at the next level.
7/25/17 A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Loading sequence is fluid, getting things started with a leg kick. Uses a back load to create balance. Strength stands out as his bat works on a slightly downhill path. Showed feel for the barrel, with a line drive approach. Possesses the ability to find the gap. In the infield he has fluid actions and can create angles. Glove is an above average tool. Displayed enough arm for the left side of the infield. 60-yard Dash: 7.64 Infield Velocity: 76 Exit Velocity: 88
5/31/17 A right-handed hitter that starts in a wider setup. Uses a leg kick to start loading sequence. Hands are loose and fluid prior to launch. Strong kid with some quickness to his bat. Worked through a middle away approach showing the ability to drive the ball into the gaps in batting practice. Middle of the lineup type guy. In the infield he takes direct routes to the baseball. Plays low and under control. Glove skills are above average at this stage. Showed the ability to throw from multiple arm angles.

2/18/17 5-foot-10, 180-pound prospect. Projects best as a second baseman. Showed some lightness in his feet. Good range to his glove side and ability to throw from different slots. Hands work well and adjust with the bounce. Top velocity of 75 mph across the infield. Overall, solid defender. At the plate he does a very nice job gather his weight prior to his loading sequence. Swing is level and compact, showing solid strength through contact. Lower half creates solid energy into contact and he flashed gap to gap pop in batting practice.

1/28/17 5-foot-10, 180-pound prospect. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced, slightly oprn setup. Creates energy with his lower half through a double tap load and controlled stride. Weight shift is well timed into contact. Path is slightly uphill producing natural backspin. Showed gap to gap pop in batting practice. Above average strength and bat speed. In the infield, he showed range to glove hand and back hand. Has a tendency to get flat footed anything straight on.
