Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a compact load, then uses a controlled stride. Had a simple upward swing plane, efficient bat speed and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws up to 82 mph; shows a natural exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. On the mound, using a loose arm action he showed quick arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Bat speed is quick developing, displays a short simple swing plane and high finish. Athletic in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 85 mph; showed a natural developing exchange, soft hands, and athletic developing feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.34. Projectable on the mound, showed quick arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Shows a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 83-86 mph; shows arm side command and running action. (Max spin 2261; Avg 2001). His changeup (72-75) showed fading action and arm side control. Had plus action on his 11/5 slider (69-71). (Max spin 2180; Avg 2082).
