Body Type: 5-foot-11, 185 pound athletic, sturdy frame Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Very polished delivery with a slight hitch at the top of his leg lift. Curveball: 67-68 mph. Above average pitc with 11-5 action. Swing and Miss. Changeup: 71-72 mph. Showed some arm side run with plus command of the pitch Pitchability: Filled the zone with a mostly straight fastball. Plus command of secondary offerings with the breaking ball showing potential to be above average. Additional Comments: Has the chance to increase velocity with improved strength. Very efficient movement patterns and good feel for three pitches.

Body Type: 5-foot-11 185-pound RHP with a filled out, athletic frame. Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Very controlled tempo and efficient movement patterns in his delivery from a ¾ arm slot. Fastball: 78-80 mph fastball that showed minimal action and stayed mostly true through the zone. Curveball: Curveball was 68-69 mph with good shape but average spin. Shows potential to improve. Changeup: 70-72 mph pitch that stayed true through the zone but above average command of the pitch. Pitchability: 3 pitch mix with solid command of all 3 pitches. Role: Currently probably a ‘tweener’ between starting and relieving. Breaking ball shows potential to have more bite. Secondary offering development would help him move into starting.

A right-handed pitcher that continues to impress with feel and pitchability on the bump. Starter type. Will vary tempo to his efficient/low efrt delivery. Arm is compact and clean through a high-¾ slot. Fastball comes out well, getting on hitters quicker than velocity would indicate. Showed the ability to run and cut the pitch at 75-79 mph. Also offers a breaking ball and splitter in his arsenal. Spins the breaker well, giving it both depth and sharp downward action. The offering has some swing and miss to it at 66-70 mph. Splitter has run and dive to it at 72-73 mph. The ability to use the pitch makes him a legitimate option against righties and lefties. Continues to get better each time we see him. If velo continues to improve he is going to find a home at the next level.

Really liked what I saw from Shinohara on the mound. Creates deception for hitters through a delivery that will vary in tempo. Arm is clean, projecting for more velocity with maturity. An obvious competitor out there that will fill up the zone with all three offerings. Fastball has some lat life at 76-78 mph. Spins a quality breaking ball with tight action at 65-68 mph. Splitter may have been his best pitch on the day. The offering has late, downhill lift with some run to it at 70-71 mph.

A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2020 class. Delivery has a slower pace to it and requires little effort. Mechanically sound with clean arm action as he works through a high-¾ slot. Impressed with pitchability. Fastball has regular run to it at 70-74 mph. Works off the pitch and can use both sides of the plate. Offers two different breaking balls, and 11/5 shaped curveball and a slider. Curveball has bigger action at 65-66 mph. Slider has more depth and is a bit sharp as it moves across the zone at 67-69 mph. Also displayed feel for a changeup at 67-68 mph. A strike thrower that can locate all offerings. A guy to follow as velocity increases.

5-foot-10, 158-pound prospect with athletic frame. Slow, deliberate delivery with pause in the middle of his windup. Throws with confidence. Long arm action through a high ¾ slot. Fastball was straight at 72-74 mph. Breaking ball showed gradual 11/5 action in the zone. Uses a split-finger fastball as his changeup. Excellent pitch with good tumble down in the zone. Maintains close to fastball arm speed. Sat at 64-65 mph.

5-foot-9, 143-pound average frame. The right handed pitcher uses a smooth deliberate delivery that is mechanically sound for age. Throws through a high ¾ arm slot with short arm action. Solid three pitch mix. Arm speed shows some quickness with his 71-73 mph fastball; displays consistent arm-side run. Breaking ball displays gradual break with some above average depth at 61-64 mph. Good arm speed with his 62-63 changeup that can fool hitters with late sinking action. At the plate he has a slow, efficient load with his lower half using a leg kick and aggressive stride. Takes a downhill path to the ball with average batspeed at this stage. Worked well to the middle of the field. Reached a top exit velocity of 78 mph. Has fluid actions in the infield with some glove skills. Has a smooth, quick transfer before throwing across the infield with 65 mph arm strength. Ran an 8.03, 60-yard dash.

Has a mature build for his age at 5-foot-9, 145-pounds. On the mound the righty is a drop and drive type, creating good momentum/direction towards home plate. Strike thrower. Works through a high-¾ slot with his fastball sitting 69-72 mph. Curveball had sharp, late action to it with an 11/5 shape. Mixed in a changeup near fastball arm speed with sink at 60-61 mph. Uses a nice 3 pitch while engaging his legs well through the delivery. Late run on the 68-71 mph fastball, 59-63 mph sweeping curve with gradual movement, 59 mph fading change up. At the plate he uses a slow, fluid loading sequence to consistently be on time. Hit several line drives in batting practice. Registered a top exit velocity of 77 mph. In the infield he showed confidence in his glove with some fluidity to his actions. Will need to continue to work on fielding the ball out in front of his body. Threw across the infield with 68 mph arm strength. Ran a 7.78 60-yard dash.
