Body Type: 6-foot-4, 170-pound tall thin frame. Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Quick, tight arm action. Lands slightly closed off. Fastball: 80-82mph. Average spin rate guy. Should see easy velo gains down the road. Curveball: 66-69mph. 11/5 movement. Average offering with potential for more. Changeup: 74-75mph. Backs up a bit. Playable offering. Pitchability: In the zone most of the time. Additional Comments: Guy to follow. Needs to develop physically. Body Type: 6-foot-4, 170-pound projectable frame. Swing Mechanics: Simple fluid load that uses his entire body. Hit: Whippy swing with easy pop to all fields. Good feel for his hands, making late manipulations to find the barrel often. Power: Above average bat speed just needs more size. Should grow into easy gap abilities. Offensive Projection: Top to middle of the lineup. Field: Rangy defender. Very smooth. Really looks the part out there. Plays low with well above average ball skills. Shortstop skill set with third baseman frame. Throw: Very clean arm that will end up being enough for the left side. Defensive Projection: SS/3B.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Fluid movements to load, starting early to create consistent timing. Long lever type with a compact swing. Has some feel for the barrel with a pitch that has slight downhill tendencies. Shows gap abilities with much more to come as he has a ton of room to fill out projectable frame. With his swing efficiency any added strength should translate to immediate pop. Rangy defender in the infield with smooth actions. Actions are athletic with feet working well throughout his process. Loose arm that projects on the left side of the diamond. Shortstop ball skills with third baseman frame. Two-way prospect. Obvious projectability on the mound at 6-foot-4 with a ton of room to add. Easy delivery with good direction. Arm works well through a high-¾ slot. Length and slot creates downhill plane on the heater that was 78-81 mph. Spin a big breaker on an 11/5 plane with gradual action at 64-66 mph. Look comfortable with the offering that should sharpen up as velo jumps. Also flashed a changeup, near fastball arm speed at 69-72 mph.

The 6-foot-4, 170-pound pitching prospect has an above average pitchers frame with lengthy limbs. He throws with a very effortless delivery allowing the ball to jump out of his had at 79-81 mph on his fastball. His curveball has 12/6 break to it at 62-65 mph. Changeup has some arm side run to it but is inconsistent at 68-70 mph. Tolliver has tremendous upside and has plenty of room to grow. Legit two-way follow. A right-handed hitter that starts in a wider stance. Simple load into a balanced launch. Path is slightly downhill. Long lever type that can do damage when he gets extended. Impressive pop with a lower effort swing. More to come as he fills out athletic fame. Feel hitter that projects for average and occasional pop. On the infield is light on his feet while showing above average ball skills for his class. Controlled actions throughout the fielding process. Throws through a 3/4 slot while showing more arm strength than we have seen in the past as he is continuing to develop as a defender.
A right-handed hitter that starts in balanced setup. Loading sequence is fluid and mechanically sound. Path is level to slightly uphill and he gets on plane early. Showed solid strength through contact. Has the look of a future middle of the lineup guy once he fills out. In the infield he plays with fluidity and under control. Does a nice job remaining low through the fielding process. Glove skills are developing. A two-way prospect. On the mound he has a fluid tempo to his low effort delivery. Arm action is clean with developing arm speed. Should see easy increases in velocity as he adds strength. Currently sits 72-75 mph with his fastball that he was able to use to both sides of the plate. Spins an 11/5 shaped breaking ball that had some sharpness to it when he kept it down in the zone. The pitch came in at 58-59 mph. Also showed a changeup a few times at 62-63 mph. Still developing feel for the offering.
