High upside prospect across the board. Physical, athletic (also QB) and has all the tools. As he continues to progress he's a guy who could continue to raise his stock. Solid round with loud middle of the field contact. Top overall tool other than athleticism would be the arm talent. Big time arm that we've seen show consistently behind the dish and also showed it off in the outfield as well. Stock should continue to rise.

Will Kocher: C/OF, (2023) Kings, OH. 6-foot-2, 200-pound. Athletic in the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 94 mph. Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is quick. He barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Behind the plate, his strong arm produced efficient throws to second at velocities up to 80 mph; had soft hands, athletic footwork, and a fluid natural exchange. showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.86-2.00. Average flexibility and staggered setup. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.46.

Will Kocher: C/OF, (2023) Kings, OH. 6-foot-2, 190-pound physical frame. At the plate, Kocher had a max exit velocity of 91 mph. Started in a tall athletic stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was quick, and displayed a level swing plane. Athletic in the outfield, he showed a plus arm and had life on his throws with a position velocity of 88 mph;showed soft hands, a clean exchange, and athletic consistent feet. Fields the ball one hand, movements laterally were athletic. While catching, his strong arm produced efficient throws to second at velocities up to 82 mph; shows soft hands, smooth consistent feet, and a fluid exchange. Had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.97-2.08 pop time. Above average flexibility and clean setup. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.08.

Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Advanced tools across the board for class. Turn and burn type BP with impressive pull side juice. High follow in class.
Power: Easy gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Run producer.
Max BP Exit Velocity: 93 mph
Max BP Distance: 330 ft
Field: Has all the tools you’d want in a backstop and I’d expect his stock as a defender to grow. Has minor things to clean up but athleticism/ball skills are there.
Throw: Well above average arm for class.
Defensive Projection: C.

2/16/20 Position Player
Hit: One of the top BPs we saw on the day, athletic mover with obvious burst through the zone. Ball looks different off the bat. Regularly backspun the baseball with gap abilities.
Power: Top batting practice exit velocity was 92.3 and he reached a top batting practice distance of 301 feet.
Offensive Projection: Run producer ceiling.
Field: Elite pop times for class as well, popping as low as 1.89. Above average skill set across the board back there. Although he has higher ceiling behind the dish presently there is athleticism/arm strength that makes him more than serviceable in the outfield as well.
Throw: Arm is a big time tool for class. 79 mph from crouch and to home plate as an outfielder.
Defensive Projection: C/OF.
