Briggs Roe: SS/RHP, (2024) Morrison, OK. 5-foot-11, 145-pound slim frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 82 mph. Began in a tall wide stance with a quick arm bar load, then used a big leg kick. Has some bat speed, upward swing plane and a back foot finish. He found multiple barrels with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Athletic in the infield, displayed a velocity of 76 mph; has developing feet, soft hands and a lengthy developing exchange. Showed a ¾ slot with a long arm action. Clocked a 60 time of 7.6 at the event. Solid on the mound, using a short arm action he showed some arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. Lands square with a falling off finish. Changeup (65-70 mph). Sat with his fastball at 73-76 mph; showed around the zone. Shows gradual action on his 2/8 curveball (62-64).
