Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 5-10, 155-pounds. Lean and developing build with room for added strength and size in the future.

Hit: RHH. Starts with an open stance and a wide base with an upright posture.  Short load into the lower half with a shorter stride maintaining the wider base.  Hand work short and compact to the ball and does a good job of working to the inner half of the baseball.  Level bat path and a line drive approach.  Strong rotation around the core with limited backside turn.
Power: 85.9 max exit velocity, averaged 75.9 mph. 297’ max distance.
Arm: LH.   OF - 84 mph. Over the top arm slot with a loose arm action.
Defense: Attacks the ball with aggressive routes and longer strides.  Fields the ball out in front of the glove side leg with a feel for glove action and a sure glove.  Utilizes a shuffle crow hop technique with slight momentum headed towards the target.
Run: 7.47 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Works exclusively out of the stretch position.  Works to a mid height balance point with hands working away from the body.  Tall and fall style motion down the mound with a short push of the rubber. Works from the middle of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound into a firm plant leg with good momentum headed towards the plate.  Maintains balance well throughout the delivery.
Arm Action: LH. 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action.
FB: T79.1, 76.2-78.8 mph. Very heavy arm side run at times with some slight sink. T1995, 1825 average rpm.
CB: 66.3-67.9 mph. Short 11/5 shape with feel for spin and landing in the zone. T1926, 1854 average rpm.
CH: 69.0-71.3 mph. Good fading action to the arm side with fastball hand speed. T1712, 1628 average rpm.

 

David Wind: 1B/LHP, (2024) Edmond North, OK. 5-foot-7, 130-pound slim frame. In the box, Wind had an exit velocity of 71 mph. Begins in an open stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was above average, used short swing plane and high finish. Barreled up some balls throughout the round. Up the middle approach. In the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 75 mph. Fluid in the infield, displayed a velocity of 67 mph; has consistent hands, a clean exchange and quick feet. Throws from an-over-the-top slot. Recorded a 60 time of 8.4 at the event. On the mound, has good arm speed with a short arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Has tall balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Changeup (65-66 mph).Sat with his fastball at 69-71 mph with a max of 71 mph; had a straight movement. Throws a 12/6 curveball (62-63) with some action.

A 5-foot-4, 115-pound frame. Offensively, the switch-hitter bats from an open stance with a back leg heavy setup and slow rhythm in his hands. Uses a slow and early load with a moderate stride while the hands keep their quiet movement before launching with a slightly uphill bat path through the zone. From the left side the hands push further back into a slight arm bar. In BP, shows an all-fields and flat approach from both sides, slightly stronger from the left,  72 mph exit velo. Runs a 8.97 60. Defensively, the 1B shows athletic actions with average hands and developing feet. Throws with a low arm stroke that stays connected with the body with the arm coming through a three quarter slot with average accuracy at 65 mph.

A 5-foot-4, 115 pound developing frame. On the mound, the left-hander works from an average tempo delivery with rhythm that he repeats well using a high leg kick before gliding down the mound and finishing to the third base side. Arm action drops straight down in the back with moderate length before coming through a near over the top slot. Fastball keeps its plane at  64-65 mph, mostly strikes. Changeup is thrown with full arm speed and shows heavy fade at 57-58 mostly strikes. Cutter shows consistent late movement with tight spin and mostly strikes at 58-61.
