Positional Profile: MIF/OF/RHP
Body: 5-foot-9, 135-pounds. Lean and athletic build with room for added strength and size in the future.
Hit: LHH. Starts with a neutral stance and athletic posture. Slows loads the weight into the back leg and utilizes a quick two tap stride. Short and compact routes to the ball with a rotational path with the hands and a strong top hand finish. Maintains balance and athleticism well throughout the swing. Shows quick hands through the zone and feel for barrel control.
Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with shorter footwork and lateral routes working around the ball. Fields the ball slightly deep into the body with a soft hands and developing glove action. Registered 82 mph from across the diamond. In the outfield attacks the ball with controlled rhythm and aggressive routes. Fields the ball out in front of the glove side leg and shows a feel for glove action and clean exchanges. Utilizes a shuffle crow hop technique registering 85 mph.
Run: 4.59 runner home to first.
Delivery: Short and methodical footwork around the rubber working to an easy pivot foot. Smooth tempo throughout the delivery. Works to a mid height balance point with slight stall out at the top of the delivery. Strong weight stack onto the back leg with good balance. Slight coil with the front hip and shoulder at the top of the delivery. Hand breaks from the glove quickly at the top of the delivery. Works from the middle of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound into a slightly bent plant leg.
Arm: Action: Over the top arm slot with a short and quick arm action.
Fastball: 77-80 mph. Strong spin with mostly straight shape. Shows some life through the zone and gets onto hitters quickly.
Slider: 72-74 mph. Short and late break with fastball hand speed and feel for spin.
Changeup: 72-77 mph. Slight arm side fading action with fastball hand speed.
