Noah Strain: 2B/RHP, (2024) Deer Creek, OK. 5-foot-7, 125-pound slim frame. At the plate, Strain's best exit velocity was 65 mph. Began in a tall stance with a slow load, then used a small leg kick to initiate his swing. Bat speed was efficient, used short swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels during his round. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 67 mph; had firm hands, a lengthy exchange and choppy footwork. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag and a ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.94 at the event. Projectable on the mound, has some arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed consistent balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 68-72 mph and topped out at 72 mph; showed very consistent command with straight movement. His curveball (62-64) had up in the zone command and some action. He had slight action on his changeup (63-67).
