Uses a high leg kick and strides way down the mound getting solid leg drive. Arm action is loose, long, and quick behind him, coming through a high-¾ slot with arm speed. Fastball sits 85-87 mph showing cut to the glove-side and run to the arm-side, mostly strikes. Curveball has 12/6 shape with consistent spin and depth, 70-71 mph, mostly thrown as a chase pitch. Changeup has fade at 74-75 mph. Overall, through new to the mound, Rowland shows advanced feel with arm strength and could continue to quickly develop into a front-line arm at the next level.
