Gravelle was one of the offensive leaders on Prep Baseball’s 18U National and was the only player on the team who went deep during the week. The left-handed hitter has a mature approach with bat-to-ball skills and has the ability to hit to all fields, while also driving the pullside when he has the chance. Profiles as a third baseman at the next level but it’s the ability to hit from the left-side that immediately jumps out. The Ontario Royals product proved this week he can shine while on the field with some of the best players in the country.
2/20/23
Gravelle showed well on both sides of the ball today at the Ontario New Year Open. On the infield, he shows quick footwork with range to his sides and an accurate arm across the diamond with the ability to throw from different arm-slots. In the box, he doesn’t get cheated, putting together one of the more complete rounds of BP with a whippy bat through the zone and a max EV of 90.9 mph. Standing 5-foot-8, 160-pounds, Gravelle is one to have on your radar.
10/11/22
2024 MIF Cam Gravelle (Ontario Royals) was a standout at the Blue Jays Canadian Futures Showcase and carried that into the Toronto Fall Open. Was one of the top infielders with a combination of athleticism, footwork and actions, as well as arm strength and accuracy. 5-foot-8, 160-pounds with a smooth left-handed swing that posted a top exit velocity of 89mph. Well rounded toolset was on display from Gravelle who’s put together a good fall season.
2/23/20
5-foot-2, 110-pounds, Gravelle is a member of the Bullettproof Prospects. In both the outfield and infield, he worked with good timing and aggression. He maxed out at 70 on the day from the outfield, in large part due to good use of his body. At the plate, he was up to 67 from the left-side—2023 grad to follow.
