2025 Ontario Future Games Trials
Collin Miller continues to be a top performer every time he attends an event and the size/frame, along with the left-handed hitting catcher profile, will draw attention this summer from college recruiters. Large frame with broad shoulders and present strength at 6-foot-1, 210-pounds and put together quality numbers on both sides of the ball. The left-handed hitting worked middle-to-pullside with plenty of backspin at times and generated a peak exit velocity of 93mph, peak distance of 316ft and Sweet Spot % of 62%. Behind the dish, Miller has some arm strength where he was up to 77mph (has been 79mph in the past) with pop-times of 1.91-2.03. Another quality day from Miller who is a name to know in the Team Ontario Astros program.

2024 Durham Region Holiday Hitters
Miller has been on our radar for some time now and his advanced maturity/physicality continues to stand out for his age, allowing him to generate top metrics with his left-handed bat with ease. 6-foot-1, 210-pounds and his profile as a left-handed hitting catcher should have him circled this summer for Division I programs. It’s a pullside approach and catches balls out front, consistently looking to elevate. Miller generated consistent hard contact with a peak exit velocity of 95mph (89.2 avg), peak distance of 337 and Sweet Spot % of 76. One of the top positional players in the 2027 class.

‘27 C/1B Colin Miller continues to stand out as one of the more physical and impactful players in his class. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound catcher out of the Team Ontario Astors put together pop-times in the 2.02-2.15 range with a 77mph arm. The left-handed hitter drives the ball with ease, generating the 2nd-best exit velocity at the event (97.8mph) along with a peak distance of 336ft. As the 2027 class begins to slowly enter the spotlight, Miller will be one to keep an eye on.

2027 C/1B Colin Miller immediately catches your eye with sheer size for his age at 6-foot-1, 200-pounds. The left-handed hitter’s strength was on display throughout his rounds as he worked the middle of the cage, looking to elevate the ball while generating a peak exit velocity of 93.5mph. Produced a peak distance of 343ft and the power potential was evident as the swing and overall mechanics continue to develop. A 2027 prospect to keep tabs on in Ontario as the class continues to grow.
