2021, 5-foot-10, 170-pound outfielder, Houston is a member of the Fieldhouse Pirates. On this day, he ran a 7.10 60, and in the outfield, displayed clean actions and was up to 81 on throws. At the plate, it’s a short, compact, line-drive swing. He was up to 81 at the exit velo station, with room to add strength and improve that number. Houston is a name to keep tabs on in the 2021 class.
11.3.17 - Young 2021 grad with athletic movements. Ran a 7.37 with good form that should lower a few ticks as he gets older. Right-handed bat with upright stance and minimal movements, shows some hand speed to contact but lacks extension and finish, once he gets through baseballs he should be able to create more line drives and work to the big part of the field. Defensively, approaches ball cleanly with upbeat tempo in the outfield, arm works from 3/4 slot and had velocity of 70 mph, more there as he can clear front side for more carry and finish on his throws. 2021 grad with room to develop and make some minor adjustments to his game.
