Kirsh continued his strong start to the season with a monster day at the plate Sunday afternoon, highlighted by a no-doubter to LF for a 2-run HR. The swing path is geared for elevation and has flashed some juice from the right-side. Behind the dish, Kirsh is steady with soft hands and a strong, accurate arm, throwing out a runner at 2B. Kirsh should be on college coaches' radars as one of the top catchers in Ontarios 2025 class.

Kirsh was another catcher that stood out behind the dish with his defensive ability. Soft hands receiving the ball with agile actions in the dirt with good anticipation and leadership calling good sequences throughout the live ABs. At the dish, Kirsh has been swinging a hot bat during pre game action, as well as this past weekend in Oshawa with gap-to-gap pop right now and bat-to-ball skills working up to 91.6 max EV with wood. Another good outing from Kirsh as the 2023 season starts to ramp up.

Our staff got a pair of looks at 2025 C/3B Liam Kirsh last weekend with FG Trials and OBJ Scout Day and impressed with a well-rounded game. Present strength in his game at 5-foot-11, 195-pounds. Has a quick catch-and-throw behind the dish with consistent throws around the bags and pop-times of 2.02-2.10. Kirsh also put together a good round at the dish from the right-side where he was able to flash his strength at times with a peak exit velocity of 92.2mph and distance of 299 feet. A good start to the year from Kirsh and he looks primed for a strong summer season with the Ontario Blue Jays.
