Bratt, a recent Florida State commit, sat 85-87 with his fastball and topped out at 88 in his two innings of work at T12. It’s an easy, loose and repeatable delivery from the 2021 left-hander. Mixed in a curveball at 75 mph and was getting swings and misses with both pitches. Just one walk, one hit and minimal barrels on the day for Bratt. Good showing after a long summer of travel and innings for the 2021 grad.
Bratt has had an impressive summer, and finishing off his 2018 year with the Canadian Junior National Team as the youngest player in camp. LHP w/ live arm and feel to spin his CB. Velocity has improved over the summer and was recently 84-87 with his fastball with plane. The arm is clean, athleticism in his delivery with present strength but still room to grow and mature physically. Top arm in the country for 2021's, won't be long before he jumps on the national scene.
