It seems like Barker somewhat flew under the radar the first half of the year but quickly propelled himself into conversations with consistent barrels against elite competition. There’s present strength at 6-foot-2, 200-pounds and he racked up the extra-base hits throughout the summer, finding the gaps nearly every time we saw him. An exciting uncommitted third-baseman who’s also eligible as a 2026 and continues to get better and better within small windows of time. One of the more impactful bats still on the board in Canada’s 2025 class.
