8/25/13 Salesky showcased pop times of 2.09-2.16 on throws of 75 mph from the crouch. The left-handed hitter battled through a pulled muscle to go 1-for-2 with a walk and a sacrifice fly over two days of game action. Salesky utilizes a square stance and good rhythm to his swing to produce a bat exit velocity of 81 mph. The 5-foot-10, 170-pound prospect showed athletic actions in the infield and good carry on throws of 79 mph across the diamond.
6/12/13 Salesky continues to make strides as a catcher, impressing with his 2.00-2.08 pop times on throws of 75 mph from the crouch. The 5-foot-9, 155-pound left-handed hitter had a solid event at the plate as well. Hitting from a square stance, Salesky showcased a short, line drive stroke and the ability to use all fields. He went 4-for-6 in game play and turned in a bat exit velocity of 84 mph.
2/23/13 Salesky is a talented defender behind the plate and at third base. He has shown continual improvement as a catcher leading to pop times of 2.09-2.15 on throws of 73 mph out of the crouch. Salesky is a consistent left-handed hitter who showed an 83 mph bat exit velocity and the ability to barrel the baseball to all fields. The 5-foot-9, 155-pound junior has a drive to get better and continues to show improvements every time out. He has the versatility to also play 3B where heshowcased good feet and hands with a quick release. Salesky plays through the baseball well and demonstrated a solid 78 mph throwing arm.
1/13/13 Salesky showed well in all facets of the game displaying statistical improvement in nearly every area. The 5-foot-9, 155-pound left-handed hitter used an 80 mph bat exit velocity and a short swing path to consistently square baseballs to the pull side. He showed soft hands and a clean transfer on throws of 77 mph across the infield. The 3B/C displayed pop times of 2.18-2.25 on throws of 72 mph from the crouch. Salesky displays a real passion for the game and a desire to work hard to continue to make improvements.
9/25/12 Salesky had a strong showcase portion of the event, displaying pop times of 2.12-2.19 on throws of 73mph from the crouch. He also showcased a solid bat exit speed of 79mph. During game play the left handed hitter went 3-for-7 with an RBI. Salesky also displayed excellent glove work and good range at third base.

Salesky's work as a third baseman demonstrated that he is versatile and will give coaches options at the next level.
