Physical: Strong, projectable 5-foot-11, 180lb frame. 7.75 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Taller, slightly open stance, as the hands operated at a 45 to begin. Utilized a directional lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat, whippy path into the hitting zone. Accelerated on the ball out in front, allowing for some jump off the barrel to the LCF gap. Showed off a firm lead leg at impact, transferring energy well at T90 mph exit velocity. Recorded an 80% sweet spot during his round, among the leaders.
Defensively: The backstop alternated stances in the crouch with pocket awareness. Pop times ranged between 2.09-2.19 from a moderate, H slot out of the hand (76 mph arm). Aggressive thrower, creates good angles in the shoulders.
Physical: 5-foot-10, 183LBS. 8.32SEC 60-Yard Dash.
Offensively: RHH. Upright stance with a wide base. Not much bend in the knees prior to the load. The hands are at chest height and work back as weight rocks into the rear leg. Uses a leg hang as a timing mechanism. High, two handed finish.
Defensively: Primary C. Two knee up set up with weight in the toes. Limited movement prior to catch. Transfer at chest height as the right foot plants. The lead leg steps towards the left side of the field at times and causes the arm to drop to a low 3/4 arm slot. At 3B moves on the balls of feet and feeds the ball out in front. Funnels to belt line as he moves in a straight line towards 1B.
