Physical: Proportional, strong 6-foot, 185lb frame; 7.40 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Balanced, even stance, as the hands operated from a higher position above the shoulder. Utilized a controlled lift and replace stride with good lower half connection in the box, initiating the swing through a flat path into the hitting zone. Sat on the backside well and created space, allowing for a quality pull-side approach and 98 mph exit velocity during batting practice. Middle of the order type who also situationally hits to collect RBI’s; bat-speed present.
Defensively: The outfielder projects to handle a corner position in the future. Active footwork and stalked the ball while fielding off his left side. Funnels softly with a flat back, registering an 84 mph arm-strength from H ¾ slot.
Physical: Athletic, lean 5-foot-11, 175lb frame with lengthy actions and feel. 7.36 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Slightly-open, even stance with the hands starting in rhythm at a 45 at the shoulder. Utilized a lift and replace stride out towards the pitcher with whip into a slightly uphill path showing ready bat-speed. Able to find consistent barrels with connection at the front of the plate yielding lots of line drives sprayed from gap to gap. Impressive hitter presenting a mature approach using a combination of both power and average skills at the plate, notching a T93 mph bat-exit velocity via Trackman Baseball. Displayed big-time juice down the RF line in game action working up to a near 320 foot batted ball distance.
Defensively: The outfielder moved with a purpose, staying over the toes and using active feet to create good hops. Approached on time with a soft glove hand funneling out in front, creating range in either direction with lengthy footsteps. Fielded cleanly and released from a full arm circled, H ¾ slot with carry to the plate (87 mph arm, accurate).
Pitching: RHP - Started from the stretch-only off the middle/right side of the rubber. High stack position and operated with a good stride length into footstrike and separation in his move down the slope. The FB ranged from 83-85 mph flashing good carry to the top of the zone (T22 inches IVB via Trackman). Mixed a harder 73-76 mph CB with late bite across the plate, missing barrels and countered with a commanded 74-76 mph CH at arm-speed.
Physical: Lean and projectable 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with projectability in the build. 7.67 runner in the 60-yard dash. Offensively: LHH. Begins with a tall, slightly open stance as the hands showed quick wiggle out in front of the chest. Utilized a leg hang stride coupled with a move deep to the shoulder for the load in order to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone. Used long levers to create plenty of pop at the front of the plate but could get long on the path at times creating negative attack angles in the box, demonstrated a pull-side approach during batting practice with a feel for the lower half while hitting into a stiff front side. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 89 mph per Trackman Baseball featuring a 62% groundball rate and 315 maximum batted ball distance. When he got the ball in the air and stayed short to the baseball, good things happened. Defensively: The outfielder featured a medium-low setup with ability to move quickly in any direction with the first step, natural instincts in space with active footwork playing downhill through the baseball, fielded off of the left side on the approach, stayed behind the baseball in the air with regularity, accurate high ¾ arm-slot with a medium arm circle on throws towards the plate / high level arm strength. OF - 84 mph Pitching: RHP - Worked from the stretch only off of the left side of the rubber, medium leg lift with slight hip coil at the top of the stack / repeatability in the mechanics, gets downhill with solid backside leg drive and a fluid, high ¾ arm-slot with whip in the arm circle. FB ranged from 81-83 impressing with an upwards of 2186 spin per Trackman Baseball, countered with a quality 66-67 mph breaker with 11/5 shape and late depth causing deception at the plate.
Physical: 5-foot-10, 155 pounds; slender, athletic. 7.68 runner in the 60. Offensively: LHH. Slightly open wide stance; short take back with controlled leg lift stride. Effortless lower half, stays behind the ball well with compact. Consistent hard line drives through middle of the field; peak Trackman exit velocity of 89 MPH. Changeup at 69-70 was thrown at near fastball arm speed. The left-handed hitter starts from a square stance and uses a leg-lift stride to begin.
