2/15/14 Davidson was one of the more impressive middle infielders in attendance. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound SS displayed fluid actions and the ability to throw from several arm angles with an 82 mph arm across the diamond. The left-handed hitter demonstrated a flat bat path and the ability to use all fields with a bat exit velocity of 79 mph. Davidson showed decent foot speed with a 4.28 home-to-1B time.

6/12/13 Davidson showed athletic actions and a quick release with a 78 mph arm across the infield. He also showcased his defensive versatility as an outfielder making an all-out diving catch in left center field during game play. The 6-foot, 165-pound left-handed hitter used a toe tap trigger and a flat bat path to consistently barrel baseballs to all fields with a bat exit velocity of 80 mph during batting practice. Although he went 0-for-6 in game play, Davidson did show a solid approach at the plate and the ability to use all fields.
