6/14/22

Physical: Durable 6-foot, 215lb frame with broad shoulders. 7.55 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Upright, square stance, as the hands begin flat over the shoulder. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a whippy, directional path into the hitting zone, working towards a one-handed finish. Carried the ball to the pull-side gap with an extra-base hit approach during his round, notching a T93 mph exit velocity via Trackman. Well-sequenced from the ground-up and transferred success to gameplay.

Defensively: The primary catcher showed an early target from a lower posture in the crouch. Received softly and popped consistent 1.99-2.05’s with a quick exchange by the ear. Reached back for 73 mph arm-strength, more in the tank.

6/29/20

Physical: 5-foot-11, 187 pounds; strong, sturdy build. 7.76 runner in the 60. Offensively: RHH. Even wide stance with flat bat; hands straight back with a short even stride. Strong lower half with slight lift, quick bat. Consistently backspun flyballs to pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 88 MPH. Defensively: Compact; smooth, quick drop-down to block. Quick clean transfer; slight hitch in throwing motion, standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.20-2.26 pop times. C - 65 MPH.

3/08/20

5-foot-11, 187-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and rides his stride to contact. Swing with intent consistently creating back spin with some present gap-to-gap pop. Registered a bat exit velocity of 77 mph and ran an 8.06 60-yard dash. Showcased solid receiving skills behind the plate with pop times of 2.35-2.42 on throws of 66 mph from the crouch.
