Dillon has a strong and broad-shouldered build at 6-foot-2, 217-pounds. Pitched exclusively from the stretch during his bullpen. Feet are open to start, back leg is preset. Longer arm action, locks the elbow in early. Higher arm slot, high 3/4. FB showed some downhill tilt at times at 82-83 MPH. CB was short and tight, with late horizontal break at 72-74 MPH. CH had fade and occasional run at 70-75 MPH.

Defensively: Tall, bent over set up with narrow feet; moves feet well to get around the right side of the ball, bends at the waist to field. Average hands with a clean transfer to throw; moderate take back out of the glove with a bent elbow, throws from a 3/4 slot. INF - 77 MPH.
