3/24/16 6-foot, 170-pound left-handed hitter laced two singles to right in first two at bats. Stayed inside baseball for what would have been third consecutive hit but was robbed by a diving catch in left field. Showed solid arm strength, good routes and the ability to play through the baseball defensively. Handled seven chances cleanly on the day. Has shown versatility defensively with the ability to play both middle infield positions as well as third base. Plays faster than his 6.97 60-time would indicate.

The 6-foot, 170-pound left-handed hitter displayed a flat barrel path with a leg lift stride and a solid line drive approach at the plate. Bendo went 1-for-6 with a walk during game action, barreling the baseball in numerous at bats showing the ability to handle upper 80's velocity.

The left-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and uses a toe tap load with a strong lower half to create barrel whip. Bendo went 4-for-11 in game play while hitting a number of other balls on the nose. The sophomore ran a 7.22 60-yard dash flashed an above average 82 mph arm across the infield. Bendo showed good feet defensively while consistently playing through the baseball.
