Physical: Taller, athletic 6-foot-2, 175-pound build with room to fill. 7.07 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Narrow, even stance that showed coil over the rear hip. Utilized a simple toe-tap stride to initiate his swing through an uphill path into the hitting zone. Short to contact and worked with leverage off the front of the plate. Recorded a huge RBI double in #TeamPA’s win over Ohio and grabbed a T90MPH EV during BP. Was among the leaders with a 73% sweet spot rate.
Defensively: The primary outfielder notched a personal best of 88MPH arm-strength from a medium H ¾ slot. Will most likely slide to a corner with clean footwork and a soft glove-hand. Showed improved tempo.
Physical: 6-2, 175 pounds; Athletic, slight build. 7.07 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Loads straight back with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a downward swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. Showed power potential to the pull side.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while being aggressive. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a high 3/4 arm slot. OF - 85 MPH. Throws showed plenty of carry with accuracy around the base.
