Uncommitted Follows
+ RHP Keegan Deihl (Pine-RIchland) has the ability to generate weak contact and get swings-and-misses, which sets pitchers up to have a ton of success on the mound. Out of a durable 6-2, 205lb frame he creates an extremly tough downhill angle that makes it tough on hitters to elevate the baseball. Pitching at 87-89 at the 2023 Future Games he flashed feel for a split change that has the makings to be special at 780rpm. Although still uncommitted we don't expect him to stay available much longer after a strong showing this summer.
‘25 RHP Keegan Deihl (Pine Richland) is a true groundball artist with movement to both corners. Killed spin on future advanced split CH that gained whiffs.

Durable 6-foot-2, 205-pounds. Power arm.
FB: 87-89, angle
CB: 76-78, (2300)
SPL: 80-82, (780)#PBRFG23 | @kdeihl30 pic.twitter.com/9ShyBYTOnm
+ RHP Jibreel Long (Central Dauphin East) is one of the more athletic movers in the class. He creates a ton of deception with his long stride and long arm action as he hides the baseball well. We have seen him up to 88mph on his FB that gets plenty of swing and misses at the top of the zone. What really sets him apart is his ability to pronate. Having a splitter and a circle change that are distinctly different from a hitters view and from a pitch design standpoint is what makes these two pitches special and sets Jibreel apart from other uncommitted arms left in the class.

Athletic mover impresses each time we see him
Elite feel for both CH & SPL in zone that produces s/m
Life on the FB that has ability to produce weak contact & s/m ⬆️

+ 3B Tommy Kratz (Methacton) has been a fast riser in the 2025 class since last winter. He has preformed each time we see him. Kratz professional in all aspects of the game that consistently finds barrels to all fields. Has been up to 97.2 EV in game at the 2023 Future Games.
‘25 3B Tommy Kratz (Methacton) comes up with a late-inning RBI double, 97.2 MPH EV. Seems to find a way to produce vs. top arms. Not afraid to get the barrel out early!

+ OF Ryan Mielnicki (Pine Richland) the #3 ranked OF in the class impressed our staff at the 2023 PA State Games. Has some of the best bat to ball skill sets in the class. Posted a 96EV with a direct path that accelerates through the zone at 79.1mph via Blast Motion. Standing at 6-1, 185lbs look for his power at the plate to continue to increase.
‘25 OF/3B Ryan Mielnicki (Pine Richland) 6-0 180lb stature uses simple timing mechanisms and has a direct journey from bat to ball. Impressive round with a max EV of 96#pastategames @RyanMielnicki pic.twitter.com/BPBqTnN1Bb

+ OF Max Forgione (Dunmore) possess one of the better left handed swings in the class. The top ranked OF creates easy power to all fields with a 95EV, the ability to drive the baseball all directions allows himself to find success in game. Still with plenty of projection left in his 6-2, 175lb frame his ceiling can only go up.
The most impressive swing of pre-game belonged to ‘25 OF Max Forgione (Dunmore Area). Basically zero effort needed to get to top-speed and stay inside the ball. Posted multiple mid-90’s exits throughout.#PBRFG23 | @ForgioneMax | @BaseballUPA pic.twitter.com/niR9qrckgE
