Neiderhiser had one of the top overall performances of the day. During his bullpen session the 6-foot-1, 165-pound lefty used solid mechanics to top at 81mph on his fastball. His two secondary pitches were both impressive. Neiderhiser showed a 69mph curveball with a hard, late 2/8 break. He also used near fastball arm speed with his 70mph changeup. Neiderhiser hides the ball extremely well and was one of the top strike throwers of the session.
He ran a 7.28 60-yard dash and showcased a strong arm (84mph) from the outfield with good carry. He took precise angles to the baseball and played through the ball consistently.
Offensively he utilized a 79mph bat exit speed velo and a solid approach to consistently square the baseball resulting in line drives to all fields.
