Physical: Large and projetable 6-foot-5, 215-pound frame with advanced strength throughout the movements / has improved vastly in all facets over the past year / Susquehanna University commit. 7.76 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Started from a balanced, even stance with a slight bend into a strong backside in the setup, the hands began high next to the ear. Utilized a toe tap stride to initiate a quick and on plane, flat barrel path into the hitting zone with lift after contact. Was able to deal damage when letting the hands work out in front generating repetitive loud barrels towards the LCF gap during batting practice. Demonstrated a feel for accruing extra base hits in the box showing athleticism for his size in the lower half and aggressive rotation through the baseball. Recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 93 mph per Trackman Baseball / peak batted ball distance of 319 feet / 23.60 mph maximum hand speed according to Blast Motion. 

Defensively: The primary third baseman featured fluid actions out of a medium-low setup on the approach, feel for rhythm with a soft glove hand playing smoothly through the baseball, above average pace across the diamond with ability to arrive on time to the spot. Accurate, high ¾ slot across the diamond with carry towards the target, likeable qualities at the hot corner with a bat that will definitely play. INF - 81 mph


Physical: 6-foot-4, 220 pounds; Strong, physical build. 
Offensively: RHH. Wide, balanced base with hands back and in; Lift and replace stride while hands load back. balanced aggressive lower half with Direct to the ball while staying on plane through the zone; 5 degree bat angle into the zone via Blast Motion. Rossi is able to produce 8.9 G’s of force with an on-plane efficiency of 71%.  Hard line drive contact with juice to the pull side; average Trackman exit velocity of 81.38 MPH; peak exit velo was 91 MPH. 
DefensivelyStarts balanced; athletic footwork . Works through the ball with soft hands; able to vary arm angle and release.  INF - 83 MPH. 


6-foot-4, 220-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a knee-to-knee load. Registered a bat exit velocity of 87 mph and ran a 7.59 60-yard dash. Moves well for a prospect his size allowing him to handle defensive duties at both corner infield positions. Showed a confident glove hand and straight line carry on throws of 84 mph from third base on this date.


6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed hitter starts from a crouched, square stance utilizing a toe-tap stride to begin his swing. Displayed a flat bat-path to the baseball, consistently driving baseballs during batting practice with an exit velocity of 82 mph. Hands can sometimes drift away from his body, leading to some length. Showed feel for his body during defensive evaluations playing baseballs with good momentum and soft hands on accurate throws of 79 mph across the infield. Registered an 8.44 60-yard dash.
