7/1/15 5-foot-10, 140-pound primary middle infielder sat 67-68 from a high 3/4 arm slot. Arnold also displayed a 58 mph curveball with 10/4 rotation and a 60 mph changeup. The incoming freshman should see steady velocity improvements on all pitches as he adds strength and continues to mature physically.

Lowers hands to launch; repeatable, pull-oriented swing. Ran a 7.97 60-yard dash and 4.97 in-game home-to-1B time. Showcased 73-mph exit velocity and 68-mph arm strength. Exhibited solid feet; would like to see him field the ball further out front and shorten his release time on throws.
