Physical: Strong, athletic 6-foot, 205lb frame with even, muscular proportions. 7.05 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Wider, slightly open stance as the hands worked just above the shoulder to start. Utilized a short lift and replace stride out towards the pitcher landing even before launching through a quick, violent, flat path into the hitting zone. Smooth, connected approach that stayed upright at times featuring good bat to ball skills at the plate. Was able to lift the ball during his batting practice round up to a 56% fly ball rate via Trackman, generating backspin on a 337 personal best batted ball distance. Notched a T93 mph bat-exit velocity, whipping the barrel with intent through impact while hitting into a well blocked off front side at the front of the plate.
Defensively: The primary outfielder approached with accuracy in the glove hand, operating softly off the inside of his left foot on the approach. Adequate tempo and got good reads off the bat, setting himself up for quality hops in the footwork. The arm worked up to T81 mph from H ¾ slot pointing towards a corner OF position in the future.
6-foot, 183-pound left-handed hitter starts from a square stance and iniitates his swing with a lift-and-replace stride. Showcased a flat barrel path while staying behind the baseball. Registered a bat exit velocity of 84 mph and ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Flashed athleic defensive actions in the outfield with accurate 79 mph arm strength. The righty sat 78-80 on the mound from a high 3/4 arm slot. Curveball showed 11/5 rotation and changeup was thrown at similar arm speed at 65-66.
