The 6-foot-1, 190-pound MTSU commit set the tone for the Game Time squad for the weekend. Strong start, pitching deep into his outing, and keeping them in a tight game. Quick, whippy arm and good athleticism. FB was humming at 90-93 early, while settling 89-92 w/ good spin and life. Mixed occasional CB in mid-70s.
2/3/19 - Max FB: 86, FB (84-86), CB (70-72), CH (76-77)
6-1, 175-pound righty showed intriguing arm strength and super projectable frame, creating a big ceiling, especially when combined with present feel for secondary stuff. Tall, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential. Pitches from a full wind-up into H ¾ to ¾ release from the third base side of the rubber. Easy, repeatable delivery w/ low effort throw. Downhill plane w/ extension. Easy arm speed, ultimate velocity ceiling will be determined by frame development. FB shows short arm-side run, pitched more at 86 than 84, occasional ride through the zone. Medium downer CB w/ proper shape and rotation, flashes tightness, chance to be a put-away type pitch. CH w/ arm-speed, fade and sink. Around the zone w/ 3-pitch mix, projects to command, has a feel for moving the FB to both sides of the plate.

6-1, 175-pound middle infielder showed a big jump in all categories from last summer, including leading all infielders with an 89 mile per hour infield velocity. Tall, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential. Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into shift of weight, stride to square and proper load. Line drives to all fields when right. When in sync, shows the ability to barrel the baseball with some authority. Learning to repeat the same swing every-time, keep his hands involved. As a middle infielder, shows soft hands w/ good footwork, carry through target arm strength.

6-foot-0, 165-pound, RHH shows intriguing frame, all-around skill-set. Medium, athletic frame w/ long limbs, high-waist. Super lean, super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential. Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into shift of weight, stride and deep hand load. Hands occasionally get caught deep w/ near arm bar, creating some stiffness through the zone. Generates bat speed through the zone, flashes above average when synced up. Occasionally gets rotational. Projectable pull power. Defensively, shows soft hands at SS w/ the ability to play through the baseball w/ solid footwork and arm strength w/ carry to target. Intriguing defensive player as the frame matures.
