5-foot-11, 150-pound athletic frame that has filled out well. Peltier is an extremely rangy defender in center field with well above average speed. Takes good routes off the bat and has above average arm strength for his class. At the plate the stance starts slightly upright, strides forward landing on line, and hands make short late load, He has a shorter, level path to contact with line drive tendencies to the swing. Had a well hit ball in his first at bat Saturday, but nothing to show for it as he hit a line drive right at the second baseman. 4.18-4.22 Home-1st times on Saturday.

At the plate, hits from the right side from a balanced athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, short smooth load back. Hips rotate completely and he maintains balance throughout his swing. Keeps hands inside, quick to the ball, level line drive swing, strong at contact point with extension through the ball. Showed a gap to gap line drive approach, some extra base power present with a lot of power left in the tank. Exciting prospect to watch as he develops.

Peltier is 5-10 with a lanky athletic 145 pound frame that has a lot of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate completely with violence and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, very quick to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path with some strength at contact and extension through the power, quick bat, showed a good approach working primarily gap to gap, extra base power present in the alleys with some more to pull side and a lot more power in his future, exit velocity was 89. In the infield, rounds the ball and fields with a good wide base and soft quick hands, works through the ball to a quick clean exchange, throws from low three-quarters arm slot, short loose arm action, position velocity was 78. Ran a 6.91 60 yard dash.
