Compact 5-foot-9, 196-pound frame. Collins showed well out of the leadoff spot Sunday during bracket play, going 2-for-3 with a double. The left-handed hitter showed a quality left-handed swing with a balanced setup, fluid rhythm, and a controlled approach.

Portraying a strong and agile 5-foot-9, 196-pound frame, Collins helped Impact Baseball Academy defeat the Silver Sluggers. The lead-off left handed batter did not get out in this game going 2-for-2 with two walks. He is patient at the plate as most appearances went deep into the count. Collins provides excellent contact and power to the plate. Both of his hits were singles, however, he managed to hit a ball over the right field fence which only went foul by two feet. Mechanically, Collins displays a slightly crouched wide stance with a high leg kick and quick bat speed.

OF Christian Collins (Notre Dame Academy, 2025) is an athletic outfielder with speed and a level, left-handed swing. At the dish, Collins works from a balanced set-up with a leg-lift load into an aggressive footstrike. His bat stays level through the zone, generating line drives with some loft to the pull side. Collins generated the fourth-highest exit velocity of the day at 99.7 mph. The junior impressed with his speed, running one of the best 60-yard times at 6.97, while showing athleticism in the outfield with aggressive actions and an arm that reached 87 mph from the outfield.

Collins was constantly on base for his team in an 11-2 victory to cap off the tournament, as the left-hander had a single to highlight his day. The to-be junior was smooth on the infield as well, making every play that came to him, after playing in the outfield a couple of weekends prior to this past one. His versatility and strength within a 5-foot-10, 188-pound frame sets himself up well for the future, as he will be an interesting follow as he rises in the 2025 class of Wisconsin.

Collins was all over the barrel on Friday afternoon, tallying three hits while being a home run short of the cycle. Standing at a compact 5-foot-10, 185-pounds, Collins displayed above average feel for the barrel and used an all-fields approach to tally an extra base hit to each gap. Quick out of the box and played a solid centerfield. 

Uncommitted. Collins helped Notre Dame Academy to a 3-1 week where he went 8-15 with a home run and four RBI’s and four runs. Collins had a two RBI day against Wausau East where he hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning.

5-foot-6, 145-pound left/left athlete. Hit towards the top of the Stars’ lineup and roamed the outfield, primarily center field throughout the PBR at The Rock Championships. Top-of-the-order offensive profile, short/compact stroke with some line drive feel and quality contact skills. Controls the outfield grass well, clean feet and showed some route running feel working underneath the baseball.
