10/12/13 - Athletic build, shows strength, 5-foot-10, 170-pound catcher/outfielder. Defensively showed improved pop times at 2.19-2.28. Uses a short over the top arm action, 74 mph from the crouch. Showed quick feet behind the plate, long strided out of the crouch. 6.93 runner in the 60. In the outfield arm played at 80 mph, showed accuracy and stayed on line. Hits from the right side, wide stance, slight bat wrap load. Lower half worked, solid balance through contact. Showed bat speed, hard contact, 77 mph exit velocity from the tee. Gap to gap approach, flashed hard contact to the pull side.

1/27/13 - 5-foot-10, 175-pound multi-positional player. Shows athletic feet, 4.26 runner home to first. Pop times range 2.32-2.43, long stride coming out of the crouch. Arm action is short and loose behind the plate, 73 mph. In the outfield shows arm strength of 80 mph, aggressive crow hop, over the top arm action, produces some carry. Hits from a slightly closed stance, uses short stride. Flat bat path, aggressive bat, hits off of back side, line drive hitter.

10/21/12 - Hillesheim is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound multi-positional player. Hillesheim showed solid foot speed running a 7.08 60. He also recorded pop times between 2.41-2.53. At the plate, he hits out of a wide, slightly closed stance, setting his hands high. Hillesheim takes an aggressive swing at the plate.
