Positional Profile: LHP A high-follow in the state's 2021 class who's rising up the ranks entering the spring.
Body: 6-foot-4, 190-pounds. Lean, lanky levers, high waist; added some wiry strength over the offseason.
Delivery: Staggered start working off the right side of the rubber; smooth and easy side step to high knee tuck and athletic balance point. Drops and drives with high front side, lands closed and square to home, finishes athletically with easy effort; repeats well.
Arm Action: LH. Long arm circle, loose and quick action from a high 3/4 window. Smooth rhythm.
FB: T88, 85-88 mph. Extension helps create a steep angle to home with tilt; arm-side action.
CB: 70-75 mph. Downer 12/6 bite, at arm speed. Repeated late action and consistently located under the zone.
CH: 79-80 mph. Mostly maintains arm speed; consistent arm-side run and fade that flashed late, with feel.
Verbally committed to Northern Illinois.
Positional Profile: LHP High ceiling 2021 prospect.
Body: 6-foot-4, 180-pounds. Long lanky frame, highly projectable.
Delivery: Athletic and repeatable, easy effort stays balanced and works slightly across body, closed landing.
Arm Action: LH. Arm action is loose, short draw, long out front with life, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T85, 82-84 mph. Runs to arm side, late action, hard life through the zone, project well and plays up.
CB: 67-70 mph. 2/8 shape, showed feel, tight at times.
CH: 74-78 mph. Fade action, plus at times for age, near fastball arm speed.
