2018 Top Prospect Games: Infield Analysis

By Steve Nielsen
Scouting Supervisor – Wisconsin/Illinois

Middle infielders were led by Wisconsin’s Noah Berghammer (Janesville Craig). Berghammer showed his bat could play in games going 3-for-5 with three singles. Andrew Wilhite (Stillman Valley)took one of the better BP rounds of the day and showed a big arm across the diamond, while Mason Hull (Effingham) is a really projectable player who already shows a consistency about his game. Anthony DeConcilis (Lake Park) and Nate DeYoung (Xavier) rounded out the top five. DeConcilis also looked to be one of the better in game hitters.
