No. 1 Brother Rice 7, No. 10 Mount Carmel 1 at Standard Bank Stadium, Crestwood, IL 
Jack Nelligan
allowed a run on eight hits in six innings and Brother Rice pounded out 10 hits in beating Mount Carmel for the third time in less than a winning streak and run its winning streak to a cool 30. Andrew Dyke had two hits and scored two runs and Mike Massey had an RBI triple in the victory. 

No. 9 St. Laurence 2, No. 24 Marian Catholic 1 at Wheaton College
Anthony Robles
pitched six innings of five-hit ball and Angel Sandoval pitched a perfect seventh as the Vikings prevailed despite managing just two hits off Marian’s Mark DiLuia.

Lockport 4, No. 17 Lemont 0 at Wheaton College 
Ryan Gabriel
pitched a four-hitter and Anthony Cocco went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBI for the Porters. Jake Huber had two hits in the victory.

No. 2 O’Fallon 4, No. 11 Waterloo 0
Bradley Harrison
pitched a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts and two walks to out-duel Tyler McAlister, who gave up four unearned runs on five hits with five strikeouts and one walk. Jordan Richardson had three RBI for O’Fallon.

No. 3 Plainfield North 4, Plainfield Central 1
Tyler Garrity
pitched a two-hitter and struck out seven for North. Jake Dunham and Tyler Garrity had two hits apiece.

No. 4 Lincoln-Way North 4, Thornwood 0
Tom Szczasny
went 2-for-3 with four RBI and Ryan Anderson had two hits and drove home three for the Phoneix. James Nebelski struck out seven and allowed five hits in five innings.

No. 12 Sandburg 8, Stagg 7
Eric Papierski
went 3-for-6 with two RBI, including the game-winning single in the bottom of the 10th to give Sandburg the SouthWest Suburban Blue title. Brendan Comia singled home the tying run one batter earlier. Nick Worst went 4-for-4 with three RBI for Stagg.

No. 13 Moline 8, Galesburg 7
Moline forced extra innings with a six-run rally in the top of the seventh and had its second dramatic victory in as many days with a run in the eighth. Conner O’Brien led the way with three hits.

No. 15 Prairie Ridge 2, Burlington Central 0
Ethan Routzahn, Scott Nygren
and Luke Annen combined on the shutout. Jacob Carpenter went 2-for-2 with an RBI single for the Wolves.

No. 19 Champaign Central 9, Rantoul 0
Joseph Bagger
went 3-for-3 and Dominic Erlinger pitched a two-hitter and Matthew Brown had two hits and two RBI for Central.

Oswego 13, No. 21 Plainfield South 2
Tanner Sohst
went 3-for-5 with three RBI and Cole Aughen

No. 22 Normal Community 10, Morton 8
Addison Fugitt
went 3-for-4 with two home runs and Jake Gilhaus also went deep for the Ironmen. Hayden Stoewer and Jackson Bronke had two hits apiece in the victory.

Tri-Valley 7, St. Thomas More 6
Jack Butler’s
three-run homer in the fifth pulled Tri-Valley within 6-5 and Hunter Merritt scored the winning run on a dropped third strike in the bottom of the eighth. Reliever Kyle Van Duyn pitched Tri-Valley out of a bases-loaded, nobody-out jam in the fifth and worked four scoreless innings to earn the win.

Belleville East 7, Alton 2
Drew Milas, Jaden Webb
and Izaiah Hitt homered for Belleville East. Cody Freppon allowed two runs on six hits in 6⅓ for the win.

Normal University 4, Mahomet-Seymour 0
Austin Galindo
pitched a four-hitter with seven strikeouts and three walks for U-High. Jay Burton went 3-for-3 and Ryan Poland homered in the victory.

Naperville Central 9, Lake Park 3
Jon Barker
doubled, tripled and had four RBI and Central broke open a close game with five runs in the top of the seventh.

Metea Valley 5, Glenbard North 4
Blake Nicolls
drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the seventh to win it. Connor Lovely had two hits and scored two runs in the victory.

Neuqua Valley 2, Glenbard South 0
Connor Rektorski
pitched a four-hitter with four strikeouts and no walks and James Gargano hit a home run for Neuqua.

Wauconda 2, Stevenson 1
Kevin Malisheski
allowed four hits and struck out six in 6⅓ innings and Korey Soetart got the final two outs for the Bulldogs. Collin Shrader and Jake Grobelny had RBI doubles in the fifth inning.

Minooka 7, Romeoville 1
Brandon Rossiter
pitched a two-hitter with six strikeouts and one walk for Minooka. Hayden Laczynski went 3-for-3 and Jon Butler had two hits and three RBI.

Joliet West 5, Homewood-Flossmoor 0
Colton Foote
pitched a one-hitter with four strikeoutes and four walks. Noah Plunge had a two-run double.

Connor Callaghan
had four RBI for the Thunderbolts.

Oak Forest 6, Richards 5
Tyler Suchy
drove in three RBI, including a walk-off hit-by-pitch in the bottom of the 10th. Dan Gordon went 3-for-3 and Ian Ryan pitched two perfect innings to pick up the win.

Riverside-Brookfield 7, Nazareth 2
Enrique Trujillo
had four RBI and John Kosner went 3-for-4 for R-B. Asher Runya scattered seven hits in the complete-game victory. Carson Bartels homered for Nazareth.

Downers Grove North 7, Morton 4
James Krick
and Matt King had two hits apiece and Josh Smith drove in a pair of runs for North.

Lincoln-Way West 9, Bradley-Bourbonnais 6
Mike Majcher
doubled twice and had two RBI for West. Ben Zordani had a three-run double in the four-run seventh.

Brenden Heiss
had an RBI double and Kraeton Moll an RBI single in the two-run fifth for Jacobs.

Barrington 15, Lake Zurich 1
Matt Kozar
went 2-for -3 with four RBI and Alex Rose and Tyler Trojan drove in three runs apiece for Barrington.

Jon Dorner
pitched six innings of three-hit ball, Zach Hyerdall went 3-for-3 with two RBI and Jon Miranda had two hits and drove in four runs for Lyons.

allowed an earned run on five hits in five innings and Zach Lutz had two hits for West.

scattered six hits to complete the shutout. He struck out four and walked two.
