The McQueen Lancers Scout Day in completed, we now take a look back at the standouts from yesterday's event. The Scout Day included a Pro-Style Workout where players ran a Laser Timed 60 Yard Dash, took a Batting Practice, Catcher Pop Times/Velocity, Outfield Evaluations/Velocity and Infield Evaluation/Velocity concluding with Pitches Bullpens. This was an exclusive event for players in the McQueen program to highlight and promote players in their program.

The McQueen Scout Day featured a two-way rich group with some interesting prospects on both sides of the ball. The top overall performance of the day belong 2021 MIF/RHP and Feather River recruit, Jared Stevenson, who lead or shared a lead in also every statistical category that he participated in last. He got the day started off with an event best and one of the top overall times during our Northern Nevada tour at a 6.69, then followed that up with a share of the Top Exit Velocity at 90 mph, earned the day's Top Outfield Velocity at 87 mph and finished his day off with a Top Max Fastball Velocity of 85 mph of the McQueen Scout Day. 2021 RHP/IF and Nebraska Wesleyan signee, Christian Carnes, threw the days Top Infield Velocity at 86 mph with even more projection on the mound than in the field. 2022 two-way utility player, Marcus Sanders achieved the day's Top Pop Time with a 2.00 with each throw living around the bag. This group has produced impressive numbers throughout their Scout Day and below we break down the event's top performances.
